How long does a made-to-measure project take?+
Allow 3 to 5 weeks for making once the quote is approved and the fabrics chosen. For large projects (more than 6 windows), allow 6 to 8 weeks.
Do you travel to take measurements?+
Yes, throughout greater Montpellier and the surrounding towns (Lattes, Pérols, Saint-Aunès, Castelnau-le-Lez, Le Crès, Castries, etc.). For projects outside this area, travel is charged as an extra.
How does payment work?+
Payment in full is required at the time of order, by bank card, transfer, Apple Pay, or in instalments (3x/4x) for larger projects.
Do you deliver outside Montpellier?+
Yes, shop items are shipped throughout France (Colissimo / Mondial Relay). At-home fitting is available in the Hérault, the Gard and the Aude.
Can I return a made-to-measure item?+
Each piece is made to measure in our atelier: the lead time is confirmed at the time of order. In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, made-to-measure items cannot be returned or exchanged. Standard shop products carry the 14-day right of withdrawal.
